James Urban also has over 30 years of combined experience in personal protection, high-risk private and corporate security, executive protection, conflict resolution, negotiation and mediation. Including over 10 years working in a covert capacity for a multi-national conglomerate.

Jay has over 19 years experience in the US Army with a variety of conventional and special operations units as a combat medic with multiple deployments in the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean. He earned the Combat Medic Badge for performing medical duties while engaged in direct hostile enemy contact. Jay is a Florida registered Paramedic and has been to many courses such as France's Desert Commando School, US Army Airborne School, Operational Emergency Medical Skills, US Army Master Fitness Course, Tactical Combat Casualty Care, K9 Combat Casualty Care, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Advanced Burn Life Support, International Trauma Life Support, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Instructor, Remote Medical Life Support, Prolonged Field Care, and Basic field Ultrasonography. Jay is also a member of the Special Operations Medical Association, the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He was selected for the the State of Florida's COVID response Task Force and served on staff for the largest COVID response hospital in the state. He is currently administration for one of the largest private vascular surgery practices in the country and is a member of the National Society for Leadership and Success. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Healthcare Administration and Information Technologies from the University of South Florida.

Ray began his fire service career in 1987 as a volunteer firefighter at Tarpon Springs Fire Rescue in Florida and was hired on full-time a year later. He became a paramedic in 1989, and in 1994 he transitioned to work for the Pinellas Suncoast Fire and Rescue District where is currently employed as a District Chief in charge of of command of control of incident operations and management. During his career he held the positions as Driver Engineer, Lieutenant, Training Chief, EMS Chief and assisted with the Operations Chief position.
In 1990 he began working as a medic in a Level 2 adult and pediatric trauma center (Bayfront Medical Center), and soon joined the crew of Bayflite, the hospitals aeromedical program specializing in trauma. It was a busiest trauma response helicopter in the nation with 97% of calls being scene responses. The program also provided services for All Children’s Hospital for pediatric and neonatal transports. He also became one of the primary preceptors for the emergency room and Bayflite. Flight medics routinely preformed advanced procedures (Chest tubes, central lines and surgical airways) in the field and in the hospital setting. Bayflite medics were known for advanced airways skills. Certifications held, Florida Paramedic License, Advanced Cardiac Life Support instructor/provider, Basic Trauma Life Support Instructor/provider, Pediatric Life Support Instructor/provider, Neonatal Advanced Life Support provider, Basic Life support Instructor/provider, International Trauma Life Support provider, Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support Provider.
Ray also worked at the Pinellas Fire academy teaching mostly live fire exercises to new recruits and coordinated with other training chiefs in the county to provide inter-agency training drills.

Cory has over a decade of tactical medical experience as a medic in the US Army and has multiple deployments to Africa, Central and South America, and the Caribbean. The most recent years of his military service has been spent as a Combat Medical Advisor; overseeing, advising, and training foreign militaries. He has been through several military schools to include SERE, France’s Desert Commando Course, and the Combat Advisor Training Course. He is also a Florida state certified paramedic with many years’ experience working in hospitals, pediatric facilities, trauma centers, fire departments, and flight crews. He currently works as a paramedic for a fire department as well as a fixed wing critical care flight paramedic. Some of his certifications include Tactical Paramedic - Certified, Diver Medic Technician, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Pre-Hospital Trauma Life Support. He is also an A-licensed Skydiver and an Advanced Open Water SCUBA Diver.
